Tokyo Girl is an account of the oddities of life in Japan seen through my German tainted English eyes. I live in Tokyo with my husband and our two-and-a-half-year-old son, a child model – until he developed an aversion to hairdressers, and in a moment of sticky-hair frustration, I cut his hair; his career is on hold until the hair grows back.
